Description
A quick, creamy, and keto-friendly protein shake made with cold brew coffee, peanut butter, and chocolate protein powder. It provides sustained energy without a sugar crash and tastes like a dessert milkshake.
Ingredients
Scale
- 1 cup cold brew coffee
- 1/2 cup unsweetened almond milk
- 1 cup ice cubes
- 2 tablespoons natural peanut butter
- 1 scoop chocolate protein powder
- 2 tablespoons heavy cream (optional)
- 1–2 teaspoons stevia or erythritol (to taste)
- 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract
- Pinch of salt
Instructions
- If using regular coffee, brew it strong and let it cool completely, or freeze into ice cubes.
- Pour the cold brew coffee and almond milk (or heavy cream) into the blender first.
- Add the natural peanut butter and sweetener to the blender.
- Add the chocolate protein powder, vanilla extract, and pinch of salt on top of the liquids.
- Top with ice cubes.
- Blend on high for 30-45 seconds until completely smooth and creamy.
- Taste and adjust sweetness or thickness by adding more sweetener, milk, or ice as needed.
- Serve immediately.
Notes
For best texture, use cold brew coffee or freeze regular coffee into ice cubes to prevent dilution. Stir natural peanut butter well before scooping. If storing, keep in an airtight container in the fridge for up to 24 hours and shake well before drinking, though it is best served fresh.
