Description
A refreshing and cozy cold brew coffee drink combining caramel, apple cider, and milk, perfect for autumn mornings and easy to customize.
Ingredients
- 1 cup (240ml) cold brew coffee
- 3/4 cup (180ml) fresh, unfiltered apple cider
- 2 tablespoons caramel sauce
- 1/4 cup (60ml) milk or milk alternative (whole milk or oat milk recommended)
- 1 cup ice cubes
- Optional: pinch of cinnamon or dash of vanilla extract
Instructions
- Measure out 1 cup of cold brew coffee and 3/4 cup of fresh apple cider. Pour both into a large glass or mason jar.
- Add 2 tablespoons of caramel sauce. Stir vigorously with a spoon or small whisk until the caramel fully dissolves.
- Pour in 1/4 cup of milk or milk alternative. Stir again until combined and creamy.
- Fill the glass with about 1 cup of ice cubes. Pour the caramel apple cider cold brew over the ice and stir gently.
- Optional: Sprinkle a pinch of cinnamon on top or add a cinnamon stick as a stirrer. Optionally drizzle extra caramel sauce on top.
Notes
Use fresh, unfiltered apple cider for best flavor. Stir caramel thoroughly to avoid settling. Chill glass beforehand for colder drink. Adjust sweetness by varying caramel amount. For dairy-free, use oat or almond milk and vegan caramel sauce. Store coffee and cider base (without milk or ice) in fridge up to 2 days. Not recommended to reheat; for warm version, heat cider and caramel, then add hot brewed coffee and warmed milk.
