Ingredients
- 8 oz cream cheese (full-fat, softened)
- 10 oz frozen spinach (thawed and squeezed dry)
- 14 oz jar marinated artichoke hearts (drained and chopped)
- 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese (freshly shredded)
- ½ cup freshly grated Parmesan cheese
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Optional: ¼ teaspoon red pepper flakes
- Optional: 1 tablespoon fresh lemon juice
Instructions
- Thaw frozen spinach completely, then squeeze out as much water as possible. Chop drained artichoke hearts into small pieces.
- In a mixing bowl, combine softened cream cheese with garlic powder, salt, and pepper. Stir until smooth and creamy.
- Fold in spinach, chopped artichokes, shredded mozzarella, and grated Parmesan. Add red pepper flakes and lemon juice if using. Stir gently until evenly mixed.
- Spread mixture evenly into an 8×8-inch baking dish.
- Bake in a preheated oven at 375°F (190°C) for 18-20 minutes, until bubbly and golden on top.
- Let cool for a few minutes before serving. Serve warm with chips, toasted baguette slices, or fresh veggies.
